ST. ALBANS – Roger W. Royer, 83, died Thursday April 25, 2019.
Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday April 30, 2019 from 5 – 7 p.m. in the Minor Funeral Home in Milton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday May 1, 2019 at 10 a.m. in Holy Angels Catholic Church in St. Albans.
